Our clients want to feel and look better, whilst having a demanding but achievable workout.  We formulate the workouts from a pool of over 200 of the safest and most effective exercises and athletic movements, ranging from beginner to advanced.

We work with you to perform intensive exercise within a 30 minute time frame, improving your strength and endurance over time.  Our clients enjoy the variety of exercises and routines that we give to them and they see their hard work pay off by getting results and achieving the goals we have set with them.

Many of our current clients come from the following areas to come and train with us here in Finchley: Muswell Hill, Whetstone/Totteridge, Temple Fortune, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Mill Hill East and of course all parts of Finchley itself – Finchley Central, East Finchley and North Finchley.  We are within easy reach from all of the above locations.

Free parking is available outside the studio and there are shower facilities on- site for clients to use.
