Happy Mother’s Day to our Mum, who is 78 years of age. She is back in the dementia unit at the moment but is safe and well. The NHS do an amazing job. She is in great spirits and we have been laughing and joking together 😊. The nurses have been absolutely awesome and the medication doses seem to be working well. Our Mum is able to have a good quality of life right now. Me and Stuart after our PT session today 😊. Stuart has done super well recently. He visited the world-famous @vivamayr a few months ago and came back looking noticeably different. His face was less puffy, the redness had dropped from his cheeks and he had lost some weight too. Good digestion equals happiness is the message from Austria’s famous clinic. They recommend chewing your food at least 40 times until it is a liquid pulp, to aid digestive processes. They are many other features to their program too, which you can view online. This may well be the last session that I have with Stuart, so we wanted to get a picture taken for my page.
