Our 30 minute HIIT sessions are tough and calories will be incinerated here at our Finchley studio. Expect 30 minutes of weights, cardio, boxing and core conditioning, where you’ll work on your fitness, strength and willpower. Our sessions are fun, sweaty and designed to leave you lean, fit and strong.
How far away are we from Muswell Hill?
We are a 10-14 minute drive from Muswell Hill and there is free parking available. Clients are always welcome to come 5 minutes early to warm up on the cardio equipment before their session starts, so that they are ready to go straight into their session with their Personal Trainer. We like to make use of every minute, so that your training is efficient and effective and we are not wasting any of your time or money.
