I am passionate about connecting with people and dedicated to helping them reach their goals. I have a 4 year degree in Sports Injuries and Rehabilitation, combined with 10 years experience as a personal trainer. I have worked with 100’s of clients over the years, providing me with a wealth of knowledge and experience of the human body. As the Creative Director of The CARLOS Method, I am on a mission to create something unique and remarkably different to all other fitness brands out there.
My aim is to put the “Personal” back into the “Training”. I feel that a friendly and empathetic approach gets the best out of the clients I work with. I often use humour to keep my sessions fun and exciting whilst still delivering a tough workout. They say laughter is the best medicine…and it certainly is for all of us here at the studio.
For me, personal training is about more than just seeing results in physical strength and appearance. I help clients build a strong and robust mind-set throughout their training with me, in order for them to break down any self-limiting beliefs. Once the mind is strong, the body will follow.
I love seeing a client overcome personal challenges and setting new personal bests, which they didn’t think possible at the outset of their training. My Method encompasses our unique 30 minute workouts, personable and friendly trainers and nutrition and mind-set strategies that will keep you focused and on target.
